Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and AI Tools Key for using Uprise. By creating an account or using Uprise you accept them. They are written in plain English; please read them.
1. The service
Uprise (uprise.aitoolskey.com) is a free productivity web app operated by AI Tools Key, run by Aaj Rumman in Bangladesh. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we ever introduce a paid plan, the change will be announced in advance and you will never be charged without choosing a paid plan yourself.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 where local law requires) to create an account.
- Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
3. Acceptable use
Use Uprise for your own planning and productivity. Do not:
- break the law, or store content that is illegal or infringes others’ rights;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data, or test, scan or attack our systems;
- overload the service with automated requests, or use Uprise to send spam;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
4. Your content
Your tasks, notes and other data belong to you. You give us permission only to store, copy and sync them so the service works for you. You can export or delete them at any time. Each account can sync up to 5 MB of data.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where possible we will warn you first and let you export your data. You may stop using Uprise whenever you like.
6. The service is provided “as is”
Uprise is free and provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost. In particular, alarms and reminders ring only while Uprise is open and must not be relied on for safety, medical or other critical purposes. Please export your data from time to time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AI Tools Key is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of Uprise. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 0, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
8. Third-party services
Uprise uses Google sign-in, optional Google Analytics (with consent), Open-Meteo for weather and links to other websites, including AI Tools Key. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for third-party websites.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, tell signed-in users. If you keep using Uprise after a change, you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
