What’s new in Uprise

Uprise updates and new features, newest first. Uprise is a free productivity web app by AI Tools Key; updates arrive automatically — when one is ready, the app shows “New version available — Refresh”.

  1. Better on phones

    • Cards keep the same width on phones, even with long tasks, goals, notes or links.
    • A footer in the app with links to the website, help and our privacy policy.
    • A new preview image when you share Uprise.

  2. Floating windows and notifications

    • Pop out any card into a small floating window: tasks, prayer times, habits, alarms, notes, the Pomodoro timer and more.
    • On a computer in Chrome or Edge, the window stays on top of your other apps while you work.
    • On phones and other browsers, drag it anywhere, resize it or shrink it to a bubble.
    • Alarms, prayer times, due tasks and countdowns can now arrive as notifications even when Uprise is closed (Settings → Notifications).

  3. A calmer look and quick navigation

    • A softer, matte design that is easier on the eyes, in dark and light.
    • A floating “Jump to” button: tap or hover it to see every feature and go straight to it. Drag it anywhere on the screen.
    • Press J on a keyboard to open the list.

  4. Uprise 1.0

    • The first full release: Uprise is ready for everyone, free.
    • Faster loading: files are compressed and cached, so the app opens quicker on every visit.
    • Better accessibility: every page works with the keyboard alone, every button has a clear name for screen readers, and text is easy to read in dark and light.
    • Security checks across the whole app before launch.

  5. Website, sign-in and sync

    • The Uprise website: features, install guide, FAQ, privacy and contact.
    • Accounts: sign in with Google or with email and a password.
    • Your data now syncs between your phone and computer, and Uprise works offline.
    • Install Uprise as an app on iPhone, Android, Windows and Mac, with “Start focus” and “Add task” shortcuts.
    • A sync status in the header, and a choice to keep or remove your data when you sign out.

  6. A new look

    • A calm new design in dark and light, with the new Uprise logo.
    • A quick setup on your first visit: your name, the optional prayer tracker, your focus rhythm and theme.
    • The salah tracker is now optional and can be turned on or off any time.
    • 130 daily quotes, with Quran and hadith quotes shown when the prayer tracker is on.
